5.2 Customs & Duties (Non-EU Customers)

Customers outside the EU may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the product price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from delivery.

Return Conditions:

✔ Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags & original packaging.
✔ The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery.
✔ Items must be shipped back within 14 days from return authorization.
✔ Returns must be sent from the same country of delivery.
✔ Products bought online cannot be returned in physical stores.

Once we verify the returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on banking procedures.

🚚 Return shipping costs:

  • Italy & EU → Free for defective/damaged products; otherwise, customer covers the return cost.

  • Non-EU countries → The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size or color.

  • The replacement will be shipped after availability confirmation.
